Come to Faunia and live with the animals of the park during a beautiful day. You will find more than 4000 animals and 500 species in the different ecosystems: The Jungle, Tempered Forest, African Forest, Steller’s Bay, the Poles and silent shadows. In addition, you should not miss the most important zones such as the Poison Pavilion (with the most dangerous animals in the world), the underground mysteries or the Mangrove of the crocodiles. There are many other areas that you can visit and will make you fascinated.

You also can interact with many animals, such as pelicans or some kinds of parrots, and even the most daring can feed crocodiles or bathe with sea bears. Experiences full of emotion that will never forget.

In addition to interacting and visiting the animals, you can also go to the exhibitions that take place each day, such as raptors and exotic birds, and attend to interesting talks to learn more about the habitats and characteristics of the fauna. In the Jungle ecosystem you can see the exhibition “Tropical Storm”, where they recreate an authentic storm from the Amazon. It is so real that you will believe that you are there.

You will live all kind of unique and unrepeatable sensations and you will have a very fun day.

Before visiting our park, make sure that you and your companions are in good health. Visitors, who have been in contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the past 14 days or who show symptoms of respiratory infection or fever, should not visit the park. If you or any of the people who accompany you or with whom you live, are included in the highest risk profiles, we recommend that you schedule your visit for another time.

To access the Park it will be mandatory to wear an approved mask and wear it during the visit. We suggest that you bring your own mask for added comfort. You can also buy a mask in the park. We trust that you will make a responsible use of your mask. You will find instructions throughout the park informing you about their use of masks.
The use of disinfectant and sanitary products is mandatory before entering some spaces or in the use of some facilities. Hand sanitizers will be made available to visitors at attractions, restaurants and shops. You will find instructions throughout the park informing you about its use.
Please pay attention to the social distance rule of at least 1.5 meters during your visit. The surface of the park is large and spacious which means that there is enough space for all visitors to maintain the minimum required distance. We trust that you act responsibly and we encourage you to strictly follow the recommendations. We will also have informative signage as well as floor markers.
Please wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. You will find numerous points for this in different areas of the park.
If you feel unwell during your visit, with symptoms compatible with Covid-19, please avoid contact with other visitors and seek medical attention. Please, continue using your mask and keep your social distance.
If you start to sneeze or cough for any reason, remember to use the inside of your elbow to protect yourself.
Please, in all cases, respect the instructions of the park staff and obey all written and oral warnings. Visitors who do not comply with these rules may be expelled from the park without the right to a refund.

USE OF GLOVES

To access our stores, in addition to the approved mask, it will be mandatory to wear gloves and only touch the gender to be purchased. We recommend card payment versus cash payment. In the park you will find specific litter bins where you can deposit disposable masks, gloves and tissues. Please throw this material exclusively in these bins.

Remember that the use of gloves does not replace hand washing. In the park you will find dispensers to facilitate hand hygiene.
